OG Cashback (ogcashback.com) is an independent affiliate service operated under an official Exness partnership. We are not Exness, and we never have access to your funds or your trading account. This policy explains what data this website collects, why, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
Account status checks. When you use the status checker, you enter an Exness trading account number. We use it only to look up whether that account is connected to our partnership. We do not receive names, balances, trade history beyond partnership reporting, or login credentials.
Notification requests. If you ask to be notified, we store the email address and account number you provide, so we can send you a confirmation email when your account is connected, and a short guide if it is not connected yet.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand how the site is used. If you decline cookies in our consent banner, analytics is disabled for your visit. The Meta Pixel (advertising measurement) loads only if you explicitly accept cookies.
Server logs. Like most websites, our server records IP addresses, browser information and requested pages for security and troubleshooting. Logs are kept for approximately 30 days.
Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep the correspondence to handle your request.

4. Cookies
