Short answer: you deposit to and withdraw from Exness in your Personal Area, using the payment methods offered for the region you registered in. Exness says a withdrawal that is not instant is processed within 24 hours, more than 98% of withdrawals are processed automatically, and Exness charges no deposit or withdrawal fee — your bank or payment system may (as published by Exness on 10 October 2026). Cashback from us is credited once a day to the trading account that traded, as a separate record, and becomes part of that account's balance.

Which deposit methods can I use?

The methods depend on the country you registered in. Exness offers bank cards and electronic payment systems, and adds other methods by region. The list you see in your Personal Area is the list that applies to you.

Each method also has its own minimum amount. For the account-type minimums, including the Thailand figures, read Exness minimum deposit by account type and country.

How long do Exness deposits and withdrawals take?

Exness shows the processing time next to each method in your Personal Area. It says that a withdrawal that is not instant is processed within 24 hours, and that more than 98% of withdrawals are processed automatically (as published by Exness on 10 October 2026).

The time shown is Exness's own processing. If your money takes longer to arrive after Exness has processed it, ask your bank or payment provider. Check the current value in your Exness Personal Area or the Exness Help Centre before relying on it.

The same-method rule: why money goes back the way it came

Exness has a clear rule for bank cards. Money you deposit by card must first be withdrawn back to the same card, as a refund. Only after that can profit be withdrawn. If you deposited with more than one card, refunds and profit are split in proportion to what each card deposited.

How much can I withdraw at once?

The maximum for one withdrawal is the free margin of the trading account (as published by Exness on 10 October 2026). Free margin is the part of your equity that is not being used as margin for open positions.

Where does the cashback go?

The cashback is credited to your own Exness trading account — the account that placed the trades — once a day, as a separate credit record. We return 90% of the partner commission Exness pays on your trades and keep 10%. It is paid from that partner commission, not from your account, and your spreads and conditions stay exactly as Exness sets them.

QuestionAnswer
Which account receives it?The trading account that traded. Not another account in the same profile.
When?Once a day. A UTC day's trades are settled in the next day's calculation, and the credit appears after that.
Where do I see it?As a separate credit record in that trading account's history. It is not shown in the profit column of each order.
Is there a minimum or a cap?No minimum volume and no cap. It counts from 0.01 lot, on every account type, including Standard Cent.
Does it cost anything? No. The service is free.

Can I withdraw my cashback?

Yes. Once the cashback is credited, it is part of that trading account's balance, and you can withdraw it like the rest of the balance, under Exness's rules: the methods available for your region, the same-method rule and the free-margin limit. You can also leave it in the account to trade with.

We never have access to your funds or your trading account, and we never withdraw anything. The money arrives in your own account, where you can check each credit against your trades.

Worked example: what arrives in a month

Say you trade 1 lot of XAUUSD a day on a Standard account for 22 trading days. The cashback does not arrive as one monthly payment: it arrives as daily credits, one for each trading day, in the account that traded.

Daily volume on StandardXAUUSD (up to, per month)EURUSD (up to, per month)
1 lot a day$341$105
5 lots a day$1,705$525

How we calculate: cashback per lot × lots per day × 22 trading days, at the maximum per-lot figures, rounded to whole dollars. For example, $15.5 × 1 lot × 22 days = $341; for EURUSD, $4.77 × 1 lot × 22 days = $105. Maximum figures: 90% of the partner commission at the top Exness partner tier; on Standard the amount moves with the spread at execution. Examples are illustrative. Try your own volume in the Exness cashback calculator.

Each daily credit is added to the account balance. From there, the same withdrawal rules apply as to any other money in the account. Cashback lowers your trading costs; it does not make trading profitable. How the per-lot figure is worked out: how Exness cashback works.

Deposits, withdrawals and your partner connection

Depositing or withdrawing does not change which partner a trading account is under. The partner is fixed when the account is opened.

Keep in mind: Trading Forex and CFDs carries a high risk of loss. Deposit only money you can afford to lose. Cashback reduces your costs but does not protect your balance from losses.

Frequently asked questions

How long does an Exness withdrawal take?

It depends on the method, and the time is shown in your Personal Area. Exness says a withdrawal that is not instant is processed within 24 hours, and more than 98% of withdrawals are processed automatically (Exness Help Centre, 10 Oct 2026). If the money takes longer to arrive after that, ask your bank or payment provider.

Does Exness charge fees for deposits or withdrawals?

No processing fee from Exness, as published by Exness on 10 October 2026. Your bank or payment system may charge its own fee, so check with them.

Can I deposit by bank card in Thailand or Vietnam?

No. Exness lists Thailand and Vietnam among the countries where bank cards are not available for registered accounts (Exness Help Centre, 10 Oct 2026). Use one of the other methods shown in your Personal Area.

Where is my cashback credited, and can I withdraw it?

It is credited once a day to the trading account that traded, as a separate credit record. Once credited, it is part of that account's balance, and you can withdraw it under the same Exness rules as the rest of your balance.

Why can't I withdraw my full balance?

Because the maximum for one withdrawal is the free margin of the account. If you have open positions, part of your equity is held as margin. For bank card deposits, the deposited amount must also go back to the same card first.
