Exness Partner Change Not Showing? Why, and How to Fix It
Short answer: an Exness partner change covers only trading accounts opened after Exness's confirmation email. If your account does not show under the new partner, it was most likely opened before that email, so it stays with your previous partner. The fix: open a new trading account after the email and check it again. A new account that is truly connected shows up within minutes, with no deposit or trade needed.

Why it happens: how a partner change works
- Exness applies a partner change at profile level, going forward. It does not move trading accounts you already have.
- Trading accounts opened before the confirmation email stay with your previous partner permanently. They cannot be moved.
- Trading accounts opened after the email are linked to the new partner automatically. You do not need to ask again.
- A new account that is truly under us shows up in our system within minutes. It does not need a deposit or a trade first.
The rule of thumb: if a new account is not found in our checker after about 30 minutes, it is not under us. It is not a reporting delay. You do not need to work out why — the fix is the same in every case: open a new trading account after the confirmation email.
Troubleshooting: symptom, reason, fix
| What you see | Most likely reason | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| An account you already had before the partner change does not show | It was opened before Exness's confirmation email, so it stays with your previous partner. Older accounts cannot be moved. | Open a new trading account after the email. You can keep using or withdraw from the old account as usual. |
| You asked live chat, but no confirmation email has arrived | The partner change is not approved yet. | Wait for the email before you open a new account. Accounts opened before it stay with your previous partner. |
| You opened a new account a few minutes ago and it is not found yet | It can take a few minutes to appear in our system. | Check again a little later, up to about 30 minutes after opening. |
| A new account opened after the email is still not found after about 30 minutes | It is not under us, whatever the reason. Working out the exact cause does not change the fix. | Open another new trading account after the email. No deposit is needed. Check the new number. |
| You opened a new account, but the checker still shows the old result | Your browser may be showing an older page. | Clear your browser cache and check again. |
| You are not sure which partner an account belongs to | Your profile's partner and a specific trading account's partner can differ. | Ask Exness live chat: "Which Partner ID is trading account #X assigned to?" Ask about the trading account, not your profile. |
| The account is found, but no rebate has arrived yet | No trades yet, or today's trades are settled in tomorrow's daily calculation. | Trade as usual and check after the next daily settlement. |

Fix it in 3 steps
- Step 1: find Exness's confirmation email. It tells you that you have a new partner and states the Partner ID. Ours is 1165839811704103137. Note the date and time of the email. No email yet? Wait for it before doing anything else.
- Step 2: open a new trading account after that email. Exness recommends logging out, clearing your browser cache and logging in again first. You do not need to deposit to check it.
- Step 3: check the new account number in our free Exness rebate checker. Found within minutes: you are done, and every new account you open from now on is covered automatically. Still not found after about 30 minutes: repeat Step 2 with another new account.
An empty account that did not connect can simply be left unused. If it has no deposit and no trades, it has no effect on anything.
Still stuck? What to send us
Message our support team with these details. They help us see where the problem is quickly.
- The trading account number that does not show.
- The date and time of Exness's confirmation email, and the Partner ID it states. We compare this with when the account was opened.
- If you have it, Exness live chat's answer to "Which Partner ID is trading account #X assigned to?"
What does not help: your Exness client ID. We can only see trading accounts that are under our partnership, so we cannot look up an account that sits with another partner.

Frequently asked questions
Why doesn't my account show after I changed partner on Exness?
Most likely because the account was opened before Exness's confirmation email. A partner change applies at profile level, going forward, so older trading accounts stay with the previous partner. Open a new trading account after the email and check it again.
Can my old Exness account be moved to the new partner?
No. Trading accounts opened before the confirmation email stay with the previous partner permanently. Only accounts opened after the email are linked to the new partner. You can keep using the old account as usual; it just earns no rebate through the new partner.
How long does a new account take to show after a partner change?
A new account that is truly connected shows up in our system within minutes. If our checker does not find it after about 30 minutes, it is not under us. Open another new trading account after the confirmation email and check that one.
Do I need to deposit or trade before the account shows?
No. A connected account appears before any deposit or trade. You need trades only to earn a rebate, which is credited once a day after the daily settlement.
How do I check which partner my trading account is under?
Ask Exness live chat: "Which Partner ID is trading account #X assigned to?" Ask about the trading account, not your profile. For our partnership, you can also enter the account number in our free rebate checker; no login is needed.
Open the new account once. Every account after that counts.
After Exness's confirmation email, every new trading account you open is covered automatically. Up to 90% of the partner commission comes back to the account that traded, credited daily.
